How long does shipping take?

Orders normally ship within 1 business day. Shipping times vary based on the destination. Rural addresses might take longer.

How much does shipping cost?

We provide free shipping costs within NZ. 

Where does my order ship from?

We have offices in North and South islands. Your order will be shipped from one of them that is the closest to your destination.

How do I change my delivery address?

Before placing your order, you can change the shipping address directly in your shopping cart.

How can I receive my refund?

Refund will be applied if your order is faulty/ under warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of items. You will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however, we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.

What should I do if my card payment has not been accepted?

  1. Please input the complete information of the name in your order and try to make a payment again.
  2. If you still see the error, please try to select “other payment methods” and input card number there for payment again.
  3. If payment is rejected by bank you can do:

  5. For cutomers who were directed to page of bank to activate 3-D Secure, please follow instructions there to complete the payment.
